The lobby has a charming vibe, and the bar's live music is a nice touch. Breakfast options were limited and bland, mostly bagels and oatmeal. Parking costs $42 daily, which adds up. Room was spacious and comfy. Great location near restaurants.

I loved how close this place was to incredible restaurants like Hattie B's Chicken, just a short stroll away, and so many attractions such as Centennial Park, which is about a 15-minute walk, and Bridgestone Arena, a quick walk of about 20 minutes made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable; plus, I found the bar in the hotel to be a cozy spot to unwind after my adventures. The hotel itself had clean and comfortable rooms, but I did notice that the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

Polite and helpful staff made for a warm welcome, and the bar was a nice spot to unwind. Valet parking at $42 felt steep, especially when my truck had a dead battery—valet’s responsibility, not mine. The room was clean and the location convenient, but the lighting was poor and the breakfast offerings were disappointing. With some adjustments, this place could shine, but right now, it left a bit to be desired.

The breakfast options were really disappointing—just basic stuff with oatmeal running out early. Plus, the staff seemed completely uninterested;

Convenient location, convenient amenities with quick access to bars and a lovely breakfast selection including bagels and yogurt.

Nothing bad to say.

The pools are great for kids and adults alike! The staff at the pool were super helpful, bringing towels and drinks right away.

It wasn't a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious and clean, which was a definite plus. I enjoyed the great water pressure in the shower and the friendly valet service. there were some drawbacks. The bed was uncomfortable, especially the pillows, and the AC unit being right next to the bed was quite annoying. The breakfast was mediocre, and there were almost no toiletries provided, just a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. One major issue was the construction noise across the street, starting as early as 5:30 a.m. It made it impossible to sleep in, and the hotel didn't seem to address it properly. The location wasn't as convenient as expected, requiring a 20-25 minute walk to get to the main attractions. the lack of a bar and restaurant, despite being advertised, was disappointing. The staff weren't very informative about local dining options, and the one bartender at the bar was quite rude. The overall experience was dampened by the ongoing construction noise and the false advertising of amenities. Despite these issues, the hotel did have some redeeming qualities, like the clean rooms and the friendly valet service.

We hit up the Broadway honky tonks and soaked in the authentic Nashville vibes. The hotel staff were chill, and our room was comfy and clean. Plus, being a hop away from the roots of country music was lit!

Wish they had more nightlife options nearby for us young party animals to keep the party going late into the night! .

The lounge area has fun swing seats and cool daily cocktails. Breakfast has tasty bagels and fresh fruit.

The bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a restful night. I appreciated the clean, updated atmosphere. the air conditioner blew cold air directly on me from next to the bed, which was uncomfortable. The bath amenities felt sparse, with only one bar of soap provided. Noise levels were low, allowing for a peaceful stay. Free coffee should have been available in the room, as running to the lobby is inconvenient. the room offered solid comfort but lacked some expected conveniences.

Parking was a headache, and they need to clarify valet rules better. Happy hour next door was a nice touch and affordable.

The Hayes Street Hotel offers a great spot near Broadway, convenient for exploring Nashville. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. While there were minor issues with parking and noise, the overall experience was positive and the food options nearby were fantastic.

Great decor. My king room was spacious and clean, with a nice feel overall. I appreciated being able to request room cleaning, though the front desk seemed slightly annoyed by my ask—a bit unprofessional. Breakfast options were basic, but grabbing snacks was convenient. Close to Vanderbilt and restaurants, yet walking was a hassle in heavy rain. Parking was steep; had to manage my own vehicle because the valet couldn’t drive stick. The late-night interruption from rowdy guests wasn’t ideal, and lacking blackout curtains allowed too much light in. Service was uneven. Small improvements could elevate this place significantly. Seek the 10% discount at the breakfast spot nearby; it’s worth it.

The location was great, and the updates were nice.

Valet was unhelpful and didn’t greet us. The neighborhood was sketchy and didn’t match the pictures online.

The location of Hayes Street Hotel Nashville was perfect for visiting the iconic live-performance venue at 116 5th Avenue North. The pet-friendly policy and warm Southern hospitality exceeded expectations. The small, intimate bars with great music added to the authentic Nashville experience.

Room with poor view and noise from neighboring guests. Breakfast was bland and construction noise in the morning.

The staff were incredible , from giving awesome local tips to taking group photos, they really went above and beyond. Location, wise, it was perfect , we could walk to all the attractions easily. The modern facilities and clean rooms made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The valet parking fees were a bit of a surprise and waiting for the valet service at times was inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping should be automatic, not on request.

The kids loved the Adventure Tower and Mission Possible. Staying near downtown was convenient for exploring the vibrant entertainment scene. The warm Nashville spirit at the hotel made us feel at home.

My children wanted brighter room lighting for getting ready.

The Country Music Hall of Fame is packed with memorabilia, interactive displays, and a Hall of Fame Rotunda. Tootsie's Orchid Lounge is a world-famous honky-tonk hosting legendary artists. Nissan Stadium is home to the Tennessee Titans and State Tigers.

Dealing with bed bugs and room changes was just a delightful surprise! .

The Hayes Street Hotel Nashville was a delightful choice for my weekend getaway in Nashville. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's smart and stylish decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. The rooms and property were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location near Vanderbilt University was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was also a quick Uber ride away from the lively downtown area. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a decent selection of continental items. The lobby was inviting and cozy, with comfortable furniture to relax in. my stay at the Hayes Street Hotel Nashville was a great value for the location, with the added bonus of friendly staff and a clean and comfortable environment.

While my experience at the Hayes Street Hotel Nashville was mostly positive, I did find the parking to be a bit pricey. However, this was a minor inconvenience that did not significantly impact my overall experience.
